Sozopol properties: our Sozopol properties are located right in front of the sea, close to the New Town centre. All of them are fully furnished junior suites, studios or 1 bedroom apartments (between 25 and 40 m2), and are in a new building with beautiful views towards the Black Sea. The Harmanite white sand beach is 80 meters away. Close by is the Old Town, restaurants, medical centre, and shopping areas. Trips to Istanbul, Stranja mountain, ancient Thracian dolmens, and longer trips are arranged and managed by us. The central bus station is close by with access to Burgas and many places in Bulgaria. Note that our properties are open from June1 to Sept. 30. Kresna property: our property is located in the base of the mighty 2914 m Pirin mountain in the warm town Kresna where due to the Aegean winds it rarely snows. The fully furnished golden painted house in a Mexican style has 2 floors (each of 80 m2), two 50 m2 terraces with beautiful views towards the surrounding mountains. There are 2 curative hot springs less than 10 km away, including a radon rich water. Close by are the resorts Sandanski and Bansko with restaurants, historical places, hospitals, and shopping areas. The Greek and Macedonian borders are within 45 minute drive, and Sofia airport is 130 km away. Staying with us is especially pleasant during the winter where everywhere else is cold and the owner offers home made Keratsuda (a unique local specialty) white wine. Fishing and white river rafting in the mighty Struma river is easily arranged in the magnificent Kresna gorge, and the owner can advise and guide (if schedule fits) for longer multi-day hikes in the Pirin, Belasitsa and Rila mountains. North West Bulgaria property: our property is located in the rural area of Dalgodeltsi, 25 km from the Danube river port of Lom and 130 km from Sofia. The two fully furnished brightly painted houses in blue and yellow (each of 70 m2) offer beautiful views towards the Balkan mountain range 50 km away, and neatly cultivated fields from the second floor. There is a stream flowing through the back yard, and you can fish from the old bridge under the poplar shadow. Close by is the ski resort Berkovitsa, the ancient hot spring town Vurshets, the word famous Belogradchik rocks, the Vidin fortress, and Lom with elegant Vienna style buildings. Staying with us is especially pleasant during the green spring with many blooming flowers, and in the fall when the owner offers home made red wine from old Serbian origin grapes. You will find most items that you need in the village stores, though you will need to cook for yourself, as the pubs offer only drinks. Berkovitsa land plot - this 7,7 dk regulated land plot is strategically located near the proposed ground station of the future ski lift. We have an approved design for a vacation village. A stream on the border and good views towards the 2016 m Kom peak (where most ski facilities are located) add to the value of the property. We are located on the outskirts of the town in a quiet and serene environment, though the centre with banks, shopping and medical facilities is 15 min walk away. We have discussed and received assurance from the authorities that mineral water from a nearby spring may be brought to the property to create hot spring facilities to benefit the skiers.
